A local office. A review-first approach.

Bollinsure is an independent California insurance brokerage with an office at 3625 E Thousand Oaks Blvd, Ste 292, Westlake Village, CA 91362. We help people and businesses in Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks and the surrounding Conejo Valley review their insurance and discuss appropriate available options.

We review before we recommend. If keeping your current coverage makes sense, we will say so. If a change may help, we explain the tradeoffs and compare appropriate available markets.

Start with the question you need answered: a renewal, a property purchase, a business requirement or a change in your household. Speak with Aaron Bollinger, CA 4345268, or the Bollinsure team. Call 562-268-9355, email quotes@bollinsure.com or arrange a meeting before visiting.

Examples of the work behind the advice

These anonymized examples were supplied by Aaron Bollinger. They describe individual matters, not promised prices, coverage or turnaround times.

A jobsite certificate problem resolved in one day

A contractor needed help with a workers’ compensation certificate problem at a jobsite. Bollinsure helped turn the issue around within one day. The example concerns an insurance-certificate service issue; a certificate does not itself change the policy or add coverage.

Competitive review without changing the insurer

A homeowner in a high-wildfire area asked Bollinsure to review an expensive insurance arrangement. Bollinsure compared available markets and obtained more competitive terms elsewhere. Following that review and advocacy, the incumbent insurer reduced its premium and the client remained with that insurer. The value of a review can include a better outcome with the current insurer rather than a move to another company.

Insurance coordination for property transactions

Bollinsure helps realtors and their clients coordinate insurance questions and documents during property transactions. Bringing the broker, buyer and relevant lender or escrow contact into the discussion early helps identify outstanding information and the next decision. Coverage availability and completion timing depend on the individual property, underwriting and transaction.

Questions before choosing a broker

Ask who will handle your review, how to verify the agency and individual licenses, how policy differences will be explained and who to contact for service after issue. Read our existing broker-interview worksheet on the About page before the conversation.
