Brian Bollinger
Brian Bollinger has spent more than two decades helping businesses and families navigate complex insurance decisions with clarity, expertise, and personalized service.
Brian began his career in the late 1990s after earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo (Cal Poly). While completing his studies, he gained hands-on experience as a New Product Manufacturing Engineering intern, giving him firsthand exposure to manufacturing operations, risk management, and business processes.
He later worked at Teradyne, where he continued building technical and business experience while simultaneously pursuing his MBA from Pepperdine University in Malibu, strengthening his foundation in leadership, finance, and business strategy.
In 2002, Brian transitioned fully into the insurance industry, joining the family business and working alongside his father, Bill Bollinger, a long-time insurance professional. Over the years, Brian developed his own client base while expanding the firm's expertise in commercial insurance and workers’ compensation, areas where his engineering and manufacturing background provides valuable insight for business clients.
Today, Brian works with over 350 insurance carriers and markets, allowing him to provide highly customized insurance solutions for businesses across a wide range of industries. Known for his hands-on approach, Brian believes in direct accessibility and personalized service — often providing clients with his personal contact information so they can reach him whenever they need guidance.
Brian specializes in workers’ compensation, commercial insurance, and risk management strategies, helping companies protect their employees, operations, and long-term growth.
Aaron Bollinger

Aaron Bollinger represents the next generation of the Bollinger insurance legacy, combining modern technology, academic excellence, and personalized client service.
Aaron entered the insurance industry at 18 years old, obtaining his insurance license shortly after becoming eligible. Since then, he has helped hundreds of clients secure and improve their personal insurance coverage, specializing in personal lines insurance, including home, auto, and umbrella policies.
Aaron began his college education at Pierce College, where he maintained a 4.0 GPA, before transferring to the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2025. At UCLA, he is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, continuing to build the financial and business expertise necessary to serve clients at the highest level.
In addition to working with individual clients, Aaron has played a key role in helping the agency expand its reach. He assisted in the transition and integration of NMC Insurance Services, an acquisition that allowed the firm to expand its client base and support more businesses and families.
Aaron’s approach focuses on one-on-one client relationships, transparent advice, and competitive pricing without sacrificing coverage. Together with Brian Bollinger, Aaron’s goal is to continue expanding the firm’s reach while maintaining the personalized service the Bollinger name has been known for for decades.
Bill Bollinger

Bill Bollinger built the foundation of the Bollinger insurance tradition through decades of dedication to clients, integrity, and personal service.
Bill began his career in the 1960s with the State Compensation Insurance Fund, California’s leading workers’ compensation insurer, where he worked as an underwriter. During his time there, he developed deep expertise in workers’ compensation insurance and risk evaluation for businesses.
He later transitioned into the independent insurance agency world, eventually joining ISU Insurance Services, where he built a strong client base focused on providing dependable, personalized insurance guidance to businesses and families.
Throughout his career, Bill developed long-lasting relationships with clients by focusing on trust, reliability, and a commitment to service. His approach centered on understanding each client’s individual needs and providing solutions designed to protect both businesses and families.
Bill’s experience and mentorship helped guide the next generation of the business, passing along his knowledge and values to his son, Brian Bollinger, who continues to build upon the foundation Bill created.
