Brian Bollinger began his career in the late 1990s as a mechanical engineer, earning his degree from Cal Poly around 1998. While completing his engineering studies, he interned at Teradyne as a New Products Manufacturing Engineer, then joined the company full-time after graduation and spent the next five years building hands-on experience in manufacturing and operations. During that time, Brian also pursued his MBA at Pepperdine University in Malibu, strengthening his business and leadership foundation. When he later transitioned into the insurance industry, he leveraged early internet-based marketing to build a strong client base and quickly establish himself as a trusted expert and advisor.
