Bollinsure (WJB Services, Inc. dba Bollinsure Insurance Services) is an independent insurance brokerage based in California. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use bollinsure.com, request quotes, or communicate with our team.
Information we collect
- Contact details you provide — name, email address, phone number, business name.
- Insurance details needed to prepare quotes — property, vehicle, business, and coverage information you share with us.
- Usage information — standard web logs and analytics about how the site is used.
How we use it
- To prepare and deliver insurance quotes and service your policies.
- To respond to your requests and communicate about your coverage.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and internal systems.
SMS / text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt‑in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to deliver the messages themselves (our SMS service provider) or as required by law.
We send text messages only to people who have expressly opted in on our own quote form, where the mobile number and the consent are entered together. There are two separate programs you consent to independently, each with its own checkbox: quote and servicing messages about a quote or coverage you asked us about, and marketing messages (insurance tips, reminders and occasional offers), which we are not sending at this time. Neither checkbox is pre‑ticked, ticking one does not tick the other, and marketing consent is never required in order to receive quote or servicing messages. Message frequency varies; quote and servicing messages are sent only in connection with a request you made. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not buy, rent, append or share lead lists.
Sharing
We share information only as needed to do the work you've asked us to do: with insurance carriers and wholesalers to obtain quotes and bind coverage, with service providers that operate our systems (e.g., email, hosting, SMS delivery), and as required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention & security
We retain records as required by insurance regulations and our professional obligations, and we protect them with access controls, encryption in transit, and audit logging.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information (subject to records we're legally required to keep) by contacting us. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, and out of marketing email via the unsubscribe link in any message.
